Communications were sent prior to delivery, with the Delivery drivers calling a short time before dropping off the Mattress.We are extremely happy with the quality of the Mattress and the high level of Customer Service. We are planning to purchase another, for a different Bed snd will come back here first.

Purchased SleepSoul Balance Pocket Memory 800 Mattress on Wed 15/4/20 and it was delivered Fri 17/4/20. Excellent service, kept informed with email updates re delivery and it infact arrived earlier than the specified time. Very happy with the mattress, brilliant price and very comfortable. Can't praise company highly enough, highly recommend.

Good service and I have been kept informed about the delivery.Very comfy mattress at a great price!The one comment - perhaps try to make the delivery to room of choice a bit less expensive, £15 for a flight of stairs is a bit steep.

The contact and delivery were very good but the packing was so interwoven that , even being aware and very careful, I managed to snip the cover, Fortunately I sew so did a repair. Coping without help was difficult but I realise you need to keep the foam restrained. I previously had a mattress in a box.

Hi there, my mattress arrived under difficult delivery conditions due to Covid-19, restrictions. However it has a very unpleasant odour and continues to still. I air it regularly and am wondering g if u have an advice? Many thanks
