I cannot fault this branch of store in Atherstone so so helpful. On explaining how we wanted to rescape our tank a fantastic gentleman called Steve was more than happy to help us in every way possible. We didn’t feel pressured into buying things and felt that Steve was genuinely trying to help us and our fish. Thank you so much

Osterley branch - the poor sales guy was all on his own in such big and busy store and having to deal with people complaining about waiting so long while he was getting fish for us... we really felt for him. He did however remain calm and was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the fish we enquired about a credit to the store and the reason we gave 3*.

Good variety of products, friendly staff; however sometimes the advice given is limited. The quality of the products has been good. Most of my fish have been very healthy.

I have tropical and marine aquariums stocked by maidenhead. I have used a few of the maidenhead stores. Hardware as in pumps and tanks ECT are brilliant the staff would help with loading up the car with heavier items. Occasionally I have had problems with some fish, generally though the stock is pretty good. Angels being the downfall here. Always knowledgeable and if not certain the staff will ask someone who is.

Great customer service from Lee at Maidenhead Aquatics within Dobbies York. A very helpful and knowledgeable guy. Looking forward to seeing the £300 tank purchased up and running.

So sorry to see all the negative reviews!! I recently visited Carr Farm in Moreton with my elderly husband(he is living with dementia). We had a fantastic afternoon and even though the staff(Craig, I think) knew we were not going to make a purchase, spent a long time with us and talking him through the different types of fish and their likes and dislikes.....nothing was too much trouble! We will definitely visiting again. It was a more special time I have spent with my husband in a long time. Full marks!

Just been into the Bolton store inside the garden centre and one of the staff stood and gave me advice on what I can have in my 400 litre community tank for 40 mins. No hard sells no up selling just good solid honest advice. Will be spending my cash there in the future.

fishkeeper in Dunfermline, the staff was really nice, friendly, and knowledgeable about fish, and she (pink hair girl) gave me a lot advises on how to keep my fish healthy.

I've never kept fish before and have always fancied having tropical fish. I bit the bullet and went to the local Dobbies garden centre where i had seen a Maidenhead Aquatics centre. Over the course if 2-3 weeks they patiently answered my constant questions and made me feel like I was in good hands. These guys clearly have a passion for what they do and always appear happy to help and never try to rush you to get onto the next customer. Thank you!

I have bought koi fish from the St Albans store a few times now and have found the staff very helpful and the fish have been very healthy and have made great additions to my pond.
