Telephoned in to place the order of a stainless steel fruit press and the guy on the phone couldn't have been any nicer. Ordered the press around lunchtime and was with me in Northern Ireland the very next evening. I can't fault them in anyway, the best i have dealt with in a very long time.

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a review slating LoveBrewing after a series of attempts to contact them and resolve various issues with brewing equipment purchased some time ago.Since then I've successfully made contact with Ian (who responded to my previous TrustPilot review). Clearly LoveBrewing have some issues with their website and the way customers are able to contact their customer services - only through a form completed on their website. Some / many ( I don't know which) of these contact completed forms to their customer services appear not to get through to them. So they don't respond as they have not seen them. That's an issue they as a company need to resolve.Once I was in contact with Ian I made an arrangement to take the apple press back to the shop for the parts which had failed to be replaced. The press in question has evolved in design a bit and it ended up with me being given a brand new version of the press.I never expected that and the situation is totally resolved. It seems to me that Love Brewing is a company expanding well in the past 5 years and as with many in that position it takes its toll on the 'systems' as the expansion happens. Systems and ways of responding to problems need to evolve and this is an area where Love Brewing need to pay some attention.What is positive is that the company has in Ian an employee handling customer relations who is streets ahead of where it was 3 or 4 years ago. That's positive. Good luck with making progress.

I recently ordered the t500 still and other accessories from this company and in my opinion their customer service and aftercare is second to none. Having watched the informative YouTube instructions i have produced 90% clear spirit of outstanding quality

What an incredible catalogue of products, they sell everything you could possibly need. Their site has some very useful videos which are very clear and to the point and a godsend for someone like me who is a bit of a beginner in all this. I just can't get all that in the area I live in, now I am on the internet I can get it delivered in no time.

I have placed several orders with this company recently and, as with any retail/online transaction, there have been inevitably been some minor hiccups. What I can say, is that these people give absolutely first class professional service: they respond instantly to email (even on Sunday afternoon), they acknowledge problems immediately, and they sort it out. Of course they also manage the routine stuff equally well - goods are delivered promptly, with good communication and a really good product range that is well priced. Each contact with them has increased my confidence and I will shop nowhere else for my homebrew supplies. Very highly recommended.

I have used wineworks twice now and have been very happy with the service. Both orders have been recieved within 24 hours and have been the cheapest that I could find outside of Ebay. I look forward to continuing to use this company in the future.

I am new to home wine-making and have done a reasonable amount of research before choosing an online supplier.I was impressed with the company's free online videos, demonstrating clearly different stages, and the free dvd with the starter pack put it all in one place for me.I have seen identical equipment to the equipment sold here in both online and 'real world' stores and the prices are very keen, much lower than other online suppliers I looked at.My order was delivered promptly, with a text message to let me know a one hour window for delivery with options for if I was not going to be home.My first 30 bottle batch is now fermenting and I have just placed my second order with them.Keep up the fantastic work :)
