As a regular cyclist I have used Leisurewheels on numerous occasions. I have bought four new bikes from them over about a 10 year period, & had servicing work carried out too.In my dealings with them I have had mixed reviews of their service. On some occasions I have found them to be very good, whilst on others less so. For example, one one occasion my bike was making a clicking noise with every pedal stroke. A member of staff traced it to a worn pedal bearing & supplied & fitted two new pedals FOC, while I waited. Great service! However, after my front mech seized & had to be replaced, they fitted an inferior Alivio unit rather than a like-for-like Deore! Why?
