I do not write many reviews however feel that this one needs it. After ordering a bike, I started reading the reviews, to be honest I started to worry a bit. The bike I got was in stock and after ordering it, it showed up as "preorder", so take it i got the last one. Day 1 just got a confirmation email of purchase and then nothing. Day 2 nothing. Day 3 got an email from winstanleys to say has been dispatched. Day 4 got email from DPD to say bike will be delivered tomorrow however the tracking did not start straight away. Day 5 tracking shows its taken from winstanleys to the depot and was delivered on time and in perfect order. Thank you Winstanleys. I think we need to give them a break here, before CV19 they most likely had 100-200 customers a month (if that) and on a skeleton staff. After doing some maths, looks like they are on almost 20000 customers a month, that's a huge amount of extra and unexpected customers to deal with and if you not ready for it, it's going to hit hard. I'm super happy with them and applaud them for the hard work they are doing and sure they will fix everything after all they have been around for at least 50 years. If you not sure, I would suggest emailing before handI do hope everyone get there orders soon

Order taken and payment options were good, delivery was farily good considering the buiser time for cycle shops. The follow up support with a query was not very good. The bike was delivered with two tyres that were not pumped up, which is fine, I got the pump out and pumped them up and within a minute they had gone down again. Tried several times before giving up and contacting the team, I had no reply and a son who wanted to play on his new bike so I had to replace the inner tubes which is a cost I think should be reimbursed but they appear to be washing their hands of this. A small gesture would have made me much more happy with the transaction.

Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived in a couple of days and really pleased with the bike, can't wait to see our little ones face when we are able to give it to her.

Winstanleys were the only bike shop I could find online that had the bike I wanted in stock. The bike arrived within 2 days and I couldn’t be happier with it.
