amazing experience as always, need to offer more reward flights though

We are having a fantastic time in Orlando for our holidays. However, the gem in the holiday so far was the flight over. We had exceptional service from a fantastic team of ladies; Lyne, Tyler, Claire, Louise. We were in economy but it felt like first! They deserve commendations!

Booking Ref 6285320 CRM:078000125This was reviewed by Claire in the resolutions team, and I’m so happy with the outcome. I had to cancel our holiday due to unforeseen albeit unique circumstances, Claire reviewed my issue and listened to my point of view and to be honest she’s lifted a weight from my shoulders with the help she provided me. I know it’s been tough for holiday makers these past 2 years or so.It’s nice to see common sense being used and not just ‘sticking to the rule book’ so to speak. The issue was solved in a matter of days and Claire is a credit to virgin holidays for her open mindedness and consideration she has shown myself and partner.I will be re booking for next year when the times right, after the service I’ve received from Virgin Holidays I’d never even consider using another company.All the best and thanks again.

Originally had our flights to Orlando changed with only 3 weeks to go, new flights lost us holiday time at both ends of the holiday and as we were on a Delta flight no email received from them, it was only by accident I noticed the change. Contacted Virgin holidays and logged a complaint. Received a callback, I wont name the individual but he was amazing, friendly and efficient, I didnt ask for anything but he changed our flights for the better and transformed our holiday, was shocked how much he did for us. So amongst all these complaints, this is a damm well done Virgin, above and beyond brilliant service.

I hear all the bad comments on here but credit where credits due, Shannon in the Banbury branch picked up and dealt with our problem regarding seating in double quick time.She was a real star, a really good advert for Virgin

I would rate this company very highly. I have used them several times and they always provide me with good service and the holiday itself never fails to disappoint

We went to Virgin Holidays in Next, Hedge End, to enquire about a holiday to Disney World Florida. We booked the appointment online and just happened to get the lovely Jen Lea as our advisor. We had done a little research online, so we knew what most things would cost us individually but we wanted to see what the cost would be though a travel agent. We were absolutely blown away not only with Jen’s knowledge but also her enthusiasm about all things Disney! We loved the random little facts that she shared with us and genuinely feel that she cared about making our holiday magical. She found us the most amazing deal and we were shocked by the price. We were then even more surprised when we had a call the next day to say there was a black Friday sale! We decided to go for it and book the holiday but we needed to make a slight change to our dates. Unfortunately by this point Jen had gone on a rather lovely sounding Disney Cruise so we couldn’t book through her in the end. I hope that her superiors still acknowledged her contribution to booking our holiday though, I genuinely don’t know if we would have booked through Virgin if it weren’t for the service that Jen provided! Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have given Virgin holidays 5 stars because the lovely reps at the Banbury Virgin store were outstanding in sorting out a cancelled holiday and rebooking it at a later date. However, I had like many others on here tried to call the customer service line before then and had the same very bad experience!! So I recommend if you can, book an appointment at your nearest Virgin store!

I would like to say a massive thank you and appreciation to the Virgin customer team. I was meant to be flying out to America this weekend, but sadly had to cancel it last minute due to personal reasons. The customer care team were so understanding; they cancelled my holiday with no fuss and the money was refunded back to me the following day. I cannot thank you enough with how efficiently you handled my situation and made things less stressful for myself and others in what has been a difficult time. Thank you again.

I spoke to a lady called Emma on the existing bookings line. Without going into detail, she helped save our holiday from disaster!Thank you so much for how you handled our issue. Some of the best customer service I have ever received.

I visited the Virgin outlet at Tamworth to enquire about flights to Orlando having researched the prices online & was extremely happy with the service I received from Lucinda the consultant who advised me. Nothing was too much trouble,she was patient,polite & knowledgeable & I shall definitely return there for the next holiday quote

I spoke to a lady called Remy who was really helpful and friendly. She was able to assist me in changing my flight and I am so grateful.

We had our holiday cancelled due to COVID 19 concerns and they gave us a full refund including our virgin points.We were told we would have money back in five to six weeks BUT it was back in two weeks!!!Thanks and will book with you in the future

Absolutely fantastic service yet again by virgin holidays. Had to move our dream holiday to Orlando. Spoke to Neil Mackie on the phone and he was amazing! He moved our holiday to the new dates for next year and added on our extras for us. He did this extremely efficiently and at the same time, he had a laugh with us and really cheered us up, he is an asset to Virgin Holidays l.
