I have bought two ear pods items from this company during Christmas however we had an issue with one of the products and the customer service was on point. They where able to deal, with the issue quickly and efficiently and it was a very nice speaking to them as they where so lovely.

I am a huge fan of Claireabella merchandise and have brought lots and lots of products . The overall products have been amazing apart from one towel. When I sent an email it was dealt with very fast and the outcome was a happy one.I have just had an issue with something that has broke(down to my youngest) and after some emails it has been resolved.Regardless of one mishap I will still continue to order in the future and enjoy the great products. I ordered 2 personalised latte mugs, and unfortunately 1 came damaged. However, on contacting customer services, it was resolved so very quickly and professionally. Very happy with the products and service provided.

Ordered a personalised glass chopping board as a birthday present, it arrived wrapped very well in bubble wrap, but one of the corners had been damaged in transit, i emailed Toxic fox and showed them photographic evidence, and suggested it may have been better with cardboard on the corners. They emailed me back almost immediately and offered to send a new board which arrived today in perfect condition......in cardboard......and bubble wrap! I am so impressed! Not only that they replaced the item, but they REALLY took notice of what i said!I 100 percent recommend this company! I would not hesitate in shopping with them again. A * guys!

Just like to say the customer service is brilliant! I had an issue with my new phone case. Was just a bit to big for my phone! I’ve had previous phone cases from them and they’ve been perfect. I messaged them with the issue! They got back to me straight away! I sent a few images! They were very sorry about what had happened! And are sending me out a replacement case! Very good outcome! Highly recommend there products I’ve been buying for years! And that’s the 1st complaint I’ve given! 10 all around! Xx
