Brilliant service order came quickly and on the date product excellent

Have purchased a number of lights from solar centre , have had a couple of problems but have had some direction on how to rectify the issue or with a recent problem they are going to provide a replacement.

My daughter had purchased lights for me as a gift and they failed. I contacted the Solar Centre and the customer service from Suzie has been exemplary. I was offered a refund or replacement and I asked for a replacement and my new lights arrived very quickly and I am delighted. It’s so refreshing to get excellent customer service and the way my case handled was very professional with great communications and timely response. Thank you Suzie and the Solar Centre.

I did post a bad review but they have now resolved my problem.Fantastic service & they put things right quickly & efficiently if things go wrong.You can buy with confidence.

Fabulous lights - i have many USB lumify sets to marvellous effect in the garden, currently they come on around 9.15 until 0400. Had a problem with one out of five usb solar lanterns which has been easily resolved via Suzie.Great company to deal with, super communication and brilliant products.

i have purchased many different lights from the Thesolarcentre over the last couple of years. I love dealing with this company. The quality of their lights is superb and their prices are excellent. Customer service and delivery are 1st class. Have experienced a small problem with one of my latest lights (first ever problem). Contacted thesolarcentre via live chat and within minutes my problem was resolved with the help of Suzie their very friendly & helpful customer services representative. Due to receive my replacement head on Friday. If you want truly reliable solar lighting for your garden and home, look no further. Highly recommend this company.

I bought a set of lights from the Solar Centre. The lights collected water so they werent fit for purpose. So why five stars - because the company dealt with my complaint and wasted time promptly and quickly, these things happen. A company I would use again.

Excellent products and great after sales service.I have now bought three different products and they have been excellent.I use a pair of spotlights to light a flight of steps outside our annex. They frequently last all night and even in the winter, they give a good few hours use after dark.The strings of fairy lights (100 and 200) are the same.I did have a problem with one set - which had a fault, but the solar centre replaced them without any trouble. I will definitely be buying more.

Bough some pretty amazing solar fairy lights, just a good as my mains ones which I'd ran over with the lawn mower, thank god it was switch off.Will buy again and fully recommend.

Purchased the Lumify USB Solar fairy Lights - Amazing. My neighbors have asked about them and gone on to order them and also my sister in law. They are as good as plugging the lights into the mains. Unbelievable, and the company are so nice and helpful to deal with.
