Probably the best customer service I've ever received, from anywhere. I bought the sensitive starter kit and had some sort of allergy to the soap, it burned my face quite badly. I decided to email them just to let them know that this was not so good for sensitive skin (turns out it was probably just my skin), and Anthony went above and beyond to send me testers of different soaps so I could find one that worked for me - emailing me back on a Saturday which isn't even listed as a working day for them so I wasn't expecting a reply for a while. They also gave me a refund for the original soap I was allergic to. Bear in mind that I hadn't asked for any of this, I was quite happy to have paid for it and kept searching for a soap that worked.In the end, they had some left over stock from Phoenix & Beau, an unscented soap, so they sent me over the full pot for free! It worked wonders for my skin, and I was very pleased with the time and effort that Anthony from Shave Lounge put in to help me.I'll use them whenever they can. I hope they restock Phoenix & Beau!

I haven't received my order yet - placed today after grueling internet search yesterday. Since it's a xmas present and I am not that au-fait with all things shaving, I was confused over traditional and cartridge razors. I found ShavingLounge and saw a few items I liked and didn't want to assume that all stands and razors would suit what we had.Luckily for me, I called the phonenumber on their website and Anthony answered, who in turn emailed me with his research and offered me a fantastic alternative that would not normally be available. For those who are like myself, not all razors will fit Mach 3, hence my dilemma - I wanted something different but my hubby uses cartridges. For the customer service alone, I would recommend this company. Originally I was looking for more of a stand an razor - my hubby already has high end brushes.It has been a long time since I received this type of no pressure alternative product and service.

Love Shave Lounge. I've been using their site for more than a year now, attracted to them because of the price of a product I wanted at the time. Now I don't go anywhere else. They offer great advice, are not afraid to offer sample products when they can and the delivery is prompt and well packaged. They've even offered to look at getting products that are not on their website. This is an online store how it should be! This is a great site an a great business to buy from.
