Ordered online a birthday present for my mother , her birthday is next week. Let her see the bag herself online she chose it. She is normally one to buy from your concessions in department stores like Fenwick or John Lewis. Ordered online, easy to navigate and wide choice of bags and then went to payment decided to spread the cost so I pay no interest accepted for that. Order acknowledged. Clear terms and conditions advising my email constituted an offer which would not be accepted until despatch was confirmed. My first payment was acknowledged by the credit provider for the interest free term. Order despatch yesterday email and notification of courier and reference number and item received this afternoon. Nicely packaged not much waste with packaging, good quality product and my mother is happy with this and something else I also purchased for her Perfume. Thank you very much for such great service.

My partner and I visited the Radley store in Bicester Village. We had excellent customer service from Jess, she couldn't have been more attentive! Not only did she notice us waiting and open up a new till, but she was incredibly knowledgeable about the product in store. She even set the watch we bought (apparently very tricky to do!). She made the visit a pleasure - you could tell she really cared about her job! It makes such a difference.

I recently purchased a few items from Radley .I was thrilled on opening packages as the contents were truly lovely. Some to my surprise even matched with the others, eg a matinee wallet matched the colours of one bag which was pure coincidence on my part when buying themBoth bags are a real treat as such beautiful leathers.Thanks again Radley for making such lovely products. Purchased a Radley crossbody bag with money I received when I retired - treated it carefully over the year and a half I used it but am disappointed to find that the leather finish has rubbed away at the edges. It was an expensive bag so I didn’t expect this to happen.I will not buy another Radley bag.

My husband bought me a large Radley suitcase for my birthday about 2 years ago. Ive only used it 3 times and the coating is bubbling and peeling off. Radleys answer, contact the manufacturer! I have never been told this by any company before. As I told them I did not buy my suitcase from this company, they did. I was not happy but I have to update my review as after many e-mails back and forth and sending pictures of the damage to my suitcase and returning it to Radley ,at their request, I received a replacement from them today. It took a few phone calls and e mail's but eventually I was contacted by someone in customer service who tried hard to help resolve my complaint.

One of my Radley watch straps (which I have had for almost a year) had lost some of its colour and my local store was close for refurbishment so I contacted customer services who were great I gave them the detils of the watch and they asked me to return to it to them (Peers Hardy Group) and suggested what strap to have. This was all done and they confirmed by email the exact strap and when it would be returned to me this was all done at no extra cost to me. Fantastic

Ordered on the 3rd received delivery on the 10th, quite quick delivery, my handbag was in perfect condition, and wrapped up very nicely. I order from Radley frequently and they are always great, the only slight problem I have ever had with them is when I ordered from them a while ago and they emailed me saying they are out of stock with some of the products, but they quickly gave me a refund and apologised, part from that small hickup they are amazing! Will always order from them for bags and purses :)
