I have been into many of peacocks shops in KENDAL in Cumbria .Lake district. Staff are wonderful could not help me enough looking for clothes for family . It's a lovely company . Friends have done click &collect and found it great as they have children and bargains for everyone .I would recommend a visit as they have shops in DUMBARTON IN SCOTLAND varies others shops all over come on give them a go . Very interesting to see what lovely clothes they sell .

Appalled at their returns system, having received a birthday gift from my sister who lives in Scotland and i reside in Newcastle i went to exchange this gift at the Cramlington Store after choosing something to make the exchange i was told i could not exchange or claim a refund as the 28 days return polcy had expired.Disgusting how areyou supposed to know the gift was bought early So because of this outrageous outdated policy i will not shop at Peacocks again, and am now left with a gift i will neither wear or want.

Really friendly staff I got help with an online return as I was unsure of to get a return code the assistant made it easy to do and also managed to find me an exchange in store...very happy bunny

After reading through the reviews I was incredibly apprehensive about ordering online. However, because my local store is fantastic and the clothes are always true to size and good quality I decided to go ahead as they have items online that you can’t always find in store. I am so glad I did, can not fault the service one bit. Packaged perfectly with coat hangers included in the parcel which is a bonus as I never have enough. Delivered within 3 days of ordering. Everything correct and I couldn’t be happier. Thankyou peacocks will definitely be ordering online again.

Very happy with my summer dress. Arrived on time. Nicely packed with a hanger lol. I’m a plus size and for the first time in ages a dress that fits me perfect.

Never had a problem with Peacocks. Seems like most peoples issues with them is that they cant/dont bother reading receipts or the returns policy on the back of their invoices when ordering online. Yes fair enough, staff should probably tell you when purchasing in store, but you have the information in your hands

Hi Lisa, I’m not assuming you in particular have stolen, so please calm down.. however I’m just saying I’ve worked in many businesses so I know that from a business perspective, a lot of items do get stolen therefore a way companies will avoid this is through their refund policy. You must understand that a customer who does not have their receipt doesn’t have proof of actually buying the item unless they have a bank statement, therefore it’s basically like giving away free money to those who ‘may’ of stolen the garments.

So sad to see my local peacocks is closing down, customers are clearly giving the staff a hard time (as if dealing with COVID / closing down wasn’t hard enough) the staff in my local store have always been amazing - fingers crossed we don’t loose you

Called into Peacocks, Weymouth yesterday. Helpful friendly staff. Clothes fabulous and very well presented. I went in looking for a sleeveless top. Came out with 2 pairs of pyjamas, a pair of leggings and four lovely tops (one of them sleeveless). Couldn't try on in store and as I am a lady of, shall we say, larger proportions, I was a bit dubious regarding fit. Absolutely no need, everything fit me, amazing!! I'm going back today for more. Thankyou. Friendliness or just a smile goes a very long way. Please let the staff know how pleasing it was to shop there. X
