Part came and was fine.

Was a bit skeptical to order after reading all these bad reviews, but ordered as we couldn't find the part anywhere else. It was a Makita part for a nail gun. Just thought I should leave a review saying that it came and was fine. It took just over a week but I was fully prepared for it to take a while as ordered during corona pandemic.

I can't fault there service at all fast response. I now have my makita saw up and running again thanks to them, prices were reasonable, will definitely order parts again I just don't understand some of the negetive reveiws. Well done parts direct. A. Faulkner. Birmingham.

A fine experience.

Fair price, quick delivery.One piece I ordered had been discontinued by Makita and it took a couple days to be made aware (my own fault as I was checking wrong e-mail)Instant refund on the item and the rest arrived a couple days later.Postage to the Highlands wasn't at an extortionate surcharge either, which is common from most companies.I was discerned by the other reviews on trust-pilot, but I am glad to say my experience with this company was fine. Will order through them again.

Absolutely brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service, forgot to add a spare part on for my tool so rang them up, a lovely chap named jordan answered the phone and informed me that they cant exactly add a part onto my order, they take the order for the new part and not charge postage.He then informed me of the upcoming brands and reconditioned toolsOverall fantastic service and would ask for jordan again if i needed more parts

Helpful and human service

I ordered tines for a scarifier. They arrived promptly. There was an issue with tines which was not the fault of Partshopdirect. However they responded quickly and were very cooperative in sorting out the problem. I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier and more helpful service.

it was easi to find the right parts. I had to mail for an update on the delivery but the reply was fast and correct. I have just recieved the correct parts as agreed upon
