I trust in Miele. I have purchased several Miele appliances. The Miele washing machine that I purchased over 10 years ago developed a fault and I requested a Miele Technician to call. The service provided was diabolical. I was shocked and lost confidence in Miele. I rang Miele Customer Services and they listened to my list of complaints and instantly implemented a full recovery plan. They could not have done anymore. Absolutely brilliant and they of curse have renewed my faith in their products.

Very Courteous Engineer and neat work and good advise on usage of Dishwasher

The new Miele which replaced our old Miele washing machine was ordered via Domestic and General.The delivery was to be made by Hughes on on two separate occasions the delivery was cancelled on the day of the delivery with feeble excuses.For this reason I did not disconnect my old washing machine on the day of the third attempt as judging by their past form I expected another cancellation. I was told to expect a phone call half an hour before but they just turned up. I was told off abruptly and rudely for not having disconnected the machine. I bit my tongue and told them I would do it whilst they brought in the new machine. It took me 1 minute to unplug the machine and disconnect a simple screw connect hose. Their attitude throughout the installation process did not improve.Miele is a company I trust and respect but your delivery partner let’s you down.

The fault was diagnosed quickly and the worn component shown to me before replacement. The machine access was not ideal but the technician coped with all issues. He was careful to minimise any risk of damage elsewhere during the repair. He throughly tested the machine before leaving. I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of his work. It has worked perfectly since his visit.

Great knowledgeable and friendly engineer, very quick service. I just love Miele. My washing machine lasted 24 years with only two small repairs to the door - I've only just replaced it. I wouldn't buy an appliance of any other make.

Although we wated more than a week for the engineer to arrive, when he did, he provided an excellent service.

Great service, opn time etc from Miele. Didnt find fault with the machine but suggested that Persil might be to viscous for theTwinDos - so advised to water down and up the dosage rate accordingly.

The dishwasher is very efficient and cleans thoroughly.The one issue is the top spinner keeps falling off.
