Pretty good furniture but glass on table slightly marked

Fantastic customer service, we had a slight problem with 2 items, contact was no problem and they dispatched replacements and even told us to keep the broken ones and shared a video on how to repair

A date with the delivery company was agreed and then we had a text to say that they had not received it so could not be delivered. The furniture arrived the day after by a different delivery company. The furniture arrived minus one chair. This was sent after we complained but when it arrived it had a different colour weeve from the settee.They would not change it as Swagger Furniture said every item of furniture was different, as they were hand woven ! The suite looks lovely apart from the unmatching chair. The furniture is well made and very comfortable. In fact 2 sets of our friends have ordered furniture as they liked ours so much.

I am really pleased with the quality of the garden furniture and it looks really stylish too.Exceptionally quick delivery- ordered on the Saturday and it arrived the following Thursday.

Amazing service, Jackie was very helpful and arranged our delivery so quickly. We wanted our fire pit table and chairs in time for a for my daughters birthday . The guys who delivered were really great too and put the set together for us , which saved a lot of time and hassle! We love our maze living dining set and are now looking to buy other products from them. They are very modern and well made, and also the design stands out from the traditional garden sets from other companies. I can’t recommend them enough!

Excellent! Pre-ordered furniture with an estimated dispatch date of 27/5.... had an email on 11/5 advising me to book slot for delivery....delivered on 14/5 - almost 2 weeks early! The furniture is really good quality, well built and nice thick comfy cushions! Well worth the slightly higher price than other retailers, and it comes with a 5 year guarantee!

could not get on to site to pay to start with, then contacted one of your staff and the card would not go though , then went back onto your site and it went though like a dream but your staff where very helpful
