Good variety of products, friendly staff; however sometimes the advice given is limited. The quality of the products has been good. Most of my fish have been very healthy.

Called to ask about purchasing a rather expensive tank, confirmed that they have Black "Fryday" next week and could save a decent amount.Also advised on buying giftcards.Very helpful and polite.

So sorry to see all the negative reviews!! I recently visited Carr Farm in Moreton with my elderly husband(he is living with dementia). We had a fantastic afternoon and even though the staff(Craig, I think) knew we were not going to make a purchase, spent a long time with us and talking him through the different types of fish and their likes and dislikes.....nothing was too much trouble! We will definitely visiting again. It was a more special time I have spent with my husband in a long time. Full marks!

The staff here are knowledgeable, helpful and on the one occasion when I had a problem with a Fluval lighting holder they replaced it instantly (despite it being an 'on sale' item).They know which fish can be mixed with other fish and whenever I have had a problem they have always been able to offer a working solution.When I was after a non-stocked Oase Filter they even advised me that as it was an 'out of stock' item it would be available for purchase faster if I used their 'click and collect from store' online service. I could not ask for a better service for my 'little critters'.

Just been into the Bolton store inside the garden centre and one of the staff stood and gave me advice on what I can have in my 400 litre community tank for 40 mins. No hard sells no up selling just good solid honest advice. Will be spending my cash there in the future.

We just bought a tank from the manager of the Plymouth store, we can’t get over how helpful he was and how friendly the staff were down there, it’s the total opposite for the Teignmouth store, they are just a waste of space. Manager went out of his way to help and it’s really appreciated.

Used online as all shop are closed due to covid19 fast dispatch and delivery will have been 5 starts the only reason is I wanted to order some wool filters for a aquamanta efx400 but can only select efx600 no other to select so something that needs looking in to will use online again when needed always use Maidenhead

I visited this branch a couple of weeks ago and was so impressed. Helpful staff who greet you at the door, and offer advice, merchandise all well laid out and neat, and the fish tanks were so well stocked with so much choice. Everything looked well maintained and healthy, and they have a big range, including some usual specimens (which they won’t sell to just anyone). I bought a beautiful electric blue acara, which is happy and healthy in my 135lt tank.Am looking forward to returning.Oh - and their range of wood and rocks and stuff to landscape a tank with is by far the best I’ve encountered.
