Great Company - I have been a customer for many years. Clothes are always chic and at a fabulous price - what's not to like?!

The majority of the time La Redoute deliver good value stylish items and this has been my experience again on my latest order. A really enjoyable shopping experience, receiving quality items, however there is always the sting of delivery charges which I normally avoid when shopping generally.

I have been with La Redoute, that is, having an account and being a customer, since the year of their start up in the UK. I have been mostly satisfied with their services including the lovely products my family and I have purchased and enjoyed over the years and are still enjoying to this day. However, I have just cancelled my account which I am kind of regretting because of a very rare late payment that occurred lately which has left me feeling the penalty is too excessive. Prior to this I had predominantly paid all my balance in full and on time. Now also my credit score has been affected although the amount owed was for a small amount. This though, must not deter me from feeling or saying that La Redoute has been very good to me and my family and will always be proud of their products.

I find the quality of the clothes and shoes I purchase from La Redoute to be excellent. The delivery and returns service is also very easy to use so I am a very happy customer.

As a customer for over 20 years I can honestly say that I have rarely been disappointed. Any problems I have encountered have been dealt with efficiently.

Reasonable clothing at mostly a reasonable price but shoes are very expensive
