Ordered 3 shirts as wanted something new and "stand out" for Christmas. Initially planned on sending at least one back using their free returns service.Shirts arrived really quickly, and they're all fab. They fit really well and feel like good quality items. Ended up keeping all of them

Never had problems with joe browns.Ive ordered from joe brown for years. Sometimes the sizing is a bit off - but thats the same with every clothing retailer. I did have to contact Joe browns today. As its been weeks since i sent a pair of shoes back and no refund. The lady i spoke to was very polite. Clear and understanding. And due to only a few people being able to do klarna returns. It is taking a while to work though the refunds. Which is fine.As i work in retail. I can understand and sympathize when your are short handed. We all need to a bit more patient right now with covid. But joe brown customer services are on point. Compared to the utterly dyer service from other retailer with orders costing 10x more.

Very pretty dresses but the quality is not what I'd expect for the price. Well cut and put together but materials are very thin and flimsy. Not the right weight for winter at all - about what I'd expect from budget online stores.

Fantastic Service and great array of clothes. It's lovely to find clothes that are completely different to the norm. Sizings seem to suit me perfectly. I dislike going to the high street but at the same time ordering off the net is often a long and involved process. Not so with Joe Brown! So easy to buy and they arrived within a couple of days - I live on the Isle of Man and this is not often the case with with internet orders. This was the first time I have used Joe Brown, it will now definitely be my go to clothes outlet

I have shopped with Joe Browns for years. I got three items for Christmas and am really pleased with them. Every so often I get an item where the quality isn't great, but on the whole I haven't had any problems. When I have had to return items in the past it's been sorted quickly and efficiently.

I have only given four stars because this is the first time I have ordered from Joe Browns. Ordered a couple of items a week ago ,and I am pleased with the products, which arrived today 5/03 /19. All good no complaints,hope they continue their good service.

Fantastic service as always, delivery with in the time stated too. Items always in-stock and sizing is fab. Highly recommended.
