Placed an order and then made the mistake of reading the reviews on here. Was really worried that I may receive the wrong item and have a lot of issues with getting a refund. However, I have to say my experience ordering on line with HoF has been excellent. Item ordered yesterday (paid for next day delivery) and it was with me by just after 10.00 am today can't ask for more.

Very quick delivery as I paid for next day but my only gripe is no free returns so 4 out of 5

I don't get why your company get so bad raitings. I bought a jacket from your online shop and i was very happy, thanks. It was a good price, fast delivery and the right size. Everything was great. I felt that i have to leave a good comment in al the negative comments. So thanks again :)

Ordered a bag in the sale on Christmas Eve for a birthday present which is at the end of January. And I am still waiting for it to be delivered, sent emails, messages, went over to House of Fraser in Belfast were they actually have a phone number for customer service which you can not get online. Funny after that I got an email saying sorry but they do not know where my order is? and will refund my delivery charge. Well I decided to buy same bag at the store but a different colour as the colour I wanted was not on the floor. So still waiting waiting waiting for any communication which now I just want the rest of my money refunded. For a big name this is bad service, click and collect more like click and hope. All people want is good service to actually talk to someone and knowing when their order will arrive, simple.... This is an update on my order, went through Facebook messenger and has been sorted in a few hours? Who ever does Facebook for HOF is on the ball with customer service that is why I have went from one star up to three. If only the emails and other contacts were as good.

Fantastic value and great service

All items were great quality and value. Only issue was delivery was 3 hours after the specified time and I had to go out. But items were left safely and a photo was provided to show the location.

The order made on 14/4 and the goods (1item - perfume) came on 20/4,everything fine, they kept me informed about the process of my order and tracking number. Surprisingly all went fine as I was quite worried when I read other's reviews here.

Great service and Easy to use website. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent service

Though there are alot of complaints about how things are going at the moment. In comparison to others I had a great experience with HoF. All of our goods were delivered on time in good condition and the order was discounted 20% (a promotional offer HoF was running). We paid for standard delivery which should have seen all of our goods arrive Sat 18 Apr, we actually received half of the order on Wednesday! No complaints here! Good Job HoF!
