I’ve used Holiday Extras / Purple Parking for many years now. They have always provided a great service. During the Pandemic they gave me a credit note (instead of a full refund) which I wasn’t bothered with as I was booking with them again. Beth in customer service was excellent. As more people were working from home/reduced service, Beth still provided great customer care. My only gripe/annoyance is that their bus service starts at 3;45am. I wish this was 24 hours. But still an Uber from Purple Parking to Heathrow only cost about a fiver .. You keep giving a great service and I will keep booking .. simples!

Issued a voucher for the full amount of my transfers with a 3 year validity. Quick efficient service. 4 stars because a cash refund was not an option. But will hopefully get to use the voucher when covid is over

I had a hotel and parking booked which I cancelled in early march, being entitled to a full refund at this point. Holiday extras tried to renege on this and offered me a voucher instead, I not willing to accept this. When I complained they did give me a refund with no hassle, so overall I would use again but be mindful of the small print.

There people were very polite & patient and suggested alternatives which were better than my original choice, saving me some money,They certainly knew their business and when i had to cancel due to my holiday being cancelled, they went the extra mile in obtaining hotel vouchers for a future booking, even though i had made a non refundable booking with the hotels.

Excellent Customer Service at this difficult time.I have in the last 24 hours cancelled two car parking bookings made through Holiday Extras and although I did not have cancellation cover, have been given (1) a voucher to use in the next 18 months and (2) a refund minus a small charge.Grateful thanks for your help and generous assistance.Stay Safe!

We are regular Luton Airport users and usually use the mid stay car park but Holiday Extras got an excellent cost for the new Car Park 1 that we had to try it - it was great as we walked to the terminal and on return were away within 20 minutes of landing - OK so there weren't so many flights with reduced schedules. Only downside was trying to contact the car park to find out what would happen to our costs if we were delayed - no one answers the phone at the Airport car park on Saturday or Sunday! Only to be told on Monday the good news that no additional costs would be applied under current virus crisis
