Great customer service, fast and friendly. Such good customer service is a rarity these daysItems are good quality, a bit over priced but they do lots of sales.

The customer service is very helpful and ordering easy but I would love to visit a high street shop to try the clothes before buying.

I love Boden! But can't afford very much so I always need to search carefully therefore the filter helps a lot. It is a great system.Slight issue with changing a delivery address but I am sure that will be sorted out asap.Still have clothes from Boden that are 10 years old because the quality lasts.Thanks

I ordered from Boden after seeing numerous IG ads for them. My first order was mostly sale items but the whole process was easy.The clothes, once they arrived, are of a high quality and a good fit. I've washed them numerous times already and they're holding up really well. I've already placed a second order and I had an issue (totally my own fault) with a discount code. I contacted them and received immediate help through their live chat (on a Sunday evening no less!) I was so impressed with their service and their quality that they're already a go-to brand for me.

I love Boden clothes - they have replaced M&S in my wardrobe as the quality, style and designs are way superior - and they last well. I've not had any problems with Customer Services as some seem to have done.The only thing that makes me give four stars - and also makes me hesitate to buy as much in future - is the fact they have a lot of clothes made in China - where human rights abuses are making headlines.I think it's time Boden switched its manufacturing to the other countries it works with [eg Romania, Turkey], as continuing to trade so extensively with China is supporting the regime.

Regular customer, easy to use and decent communication

I really like Boden. They have lovely high quality clothes with great designs and colours. Plus, they work within my values and ethics framework. They are reasonably priced, have good sales and excellent customer service. They are quick to dispatch orders and process refunds. It's really easy to return clothes with their free postage return. I have deducted one star because their sizing is a bit inconsistent. Sometimes I order what they suggest as my perfect size based on my measurements but items arrive and are way too big. Sometimes the fit is correct. I just order multiple sizes then return what doesn't fit. It would be great if sizes were more consistent.

Excellent customer service. I made an order to use a £10 voucher I received, then forgot to click ‘add’ after entering the voucher number... Boden replied in a few hours and retrospectively added it for me straight away.

I placed an order last week and only after checking out realized I had duplicated an item - I emailed customer services . I almost immediately got an answer to say they would remove the duplicate and I would not be charged . The order arrived v soon after and all had been sorted . Incredible customer service and lovely clothes .

Very pleased with Boden. The clothes are adorable and love the quality of the fabric. The customer service representatives are there when you need them attentive and results oriented. They have answered to my questions expeditiously and taken positive action to resolve any issues if necessary although they have been few and far between. I live in the USA and they are out of the UK so I shop the Boden USA website. So happy to have discovered Boden! The baby gift I ordered was so cute I ordered something else to add to it. Can't wait to receive it! Thank you, Boden.
