Very prompt service and excellent quality

We had previously bought from blinds4uk.co.uk and had commented favourably on the quality of the product, but had recommended the fitting instructions needed improving. Having made another purchase more than a year on we were disappointed to note that the same old fitting instructions were there, with an additional slip due to a change in corner fitting. The change of corners was welcome as, though it took some considerable pressure to click fit the joints (not a job for one), at least it din't need screws.However, the fitting instructions are still woefully lacking and anyone who is not experienced in DIY/an engineer would have real problems following them and steps in the process are totally missing from the instructions (e.g removing packaging ends from the ends of the blind cassette/fitting the raising/lowering tab). Last time using the credit card to space the bracket fittings was fine; this time, however, with a number of the blinds the slots on the blind frames were totally off and irregular, meaning we ended up having to individually measure each slot to work out where to fit the brackets as they didn't initially fit - and we're talking discrepancies of 2-3 cms.Whilst the overall quality of the blinds has remained the same, our impression is that the manufacturing process has declined (machining inaccuracies) and we still maintain that a total overhaul of the fitting instructions is needed (trialled by consumers who have never fitted the blinds before to ensure that they are fool proof).After our first experience we decided to buy again; after our second we would not purchase again because of the fitting issues.Customer service was excellent and clarified fitting questions, but shouldn't have been necessary in the first place.

I ordered seven perfect fit blinds. The video instruction on how to measure accurately was very helpful. The frame is simple to put together and clipped easily to the brackets. No drilling or screws required. I searched you tube for a fitting tutorial and followed the instructions. The quality of the blinds are fantastic and gives a classy finish. If your DIY skills are minimal don’t worry, these are easy to fit and saves fitter fees. Delivery was quick and communication great. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! I’ve been very impressed with Blinds4UK from the start to receiving my blind - which arrived by UPS delivery ahead of schedule. The blind is of an excellent quality. Was sceptical with regards to delivery options not the blinds, told I might be charged for redelivery if not in when it arrived especially when neither a date or time could be given but after expressing my concerns the customer service team then kept me updated regularly till it arrived so along with the quality of the blind I give them a double thumbs up and will be ordering more soon

Great service and I love the product.Very minor issues, the tapes I chose did not look like the colours described. I would ask for samples next time! There are no visuals of the colours, only names. So although the blinds are great (I ordered seven) two of them have contrast tapes that don't match the colour schemes.Also, the bathroom blinds have wood toggles which are already damaged with the heat and damp, we only fitted them six weeks ago.Otherwise very happy to use them again. Fast, efficient, cost effective and beautiful! And when I had a query they got in touch immediately.Thank you.
