I was very pleased with my order it was a harness for my dog but it was too large in size so I rang up Bitiba they instantly set up a collection to have it returned to them the next day and the new harness arrived and even though the new harness was more money than the original one I was charged the same price. Very pleased with the company the service was excellent . I would thoroughly recommend them.

Made a few orders since July and most times were excellent. Products are usually cheaper than you can get anywhere else. It is a sister site of Zooplus so almost same products just slightly cheaper as they don't have a points reward system.I'm afraid however I can't give the full 5 stars although products and customer service is excellent, and this is owing to the delivery company that they use to ship their products (Yodel).If you order very bulky items, they tend to not be very careful packaging, and I've had damage to items because of this. Also from a multibox of food, I've had it where they taken it out of the original box and broken it up into their individual cartons. Not very tidy as well as unprofessional. They tend to append boxes like patchwork, so the parcels tend to be too long and unstable.Apart from the shipping issue, great place to get your pet products from.

Bitiba stocks a good range of cat food at a very competitive price. Sadly as long as they use Yodel for deliveries I am not going to be purchasing from them again. Yodel is an unreliable company. The delivery man lied and claimed I was not in so had to reschedule delivery for the following day. Parcel was slammed down on the floor (lucky there was nothing fragile inside) and when I reached the ground floor (block of flats and had buzzed the door open) the delivery man took off like a grey hound at the starting gate. Large puncture hole in the parcel. I wish Bitiba would use a reputable firm like DPD.

I have been ordering my dog food and natural treats, from Bitiba, for three years now. Always found the ordering process easy, efficient, with a speedy delivery but even I was surprised when my order placed on Friday, arrived on Monday.Very competitive prices, too.

I’ve used Bitiba twice and both times the delivery and quality of goods has been excellent. I never do reviews but I’ve been so impressed I broke that pattern. I will continue to use Bitiba for all of my dogs’ needs.

Ordered cat litter through Bitiba for the first time. My order was sent in four boxes. The delivery came quickly, I was notified when it was sent out and I could track it when it was with the courier. Unfortunately the bottom on one of the bags of litter split open, I don`t know if it was sent out like this or whether it happened in transit, there was litter coming out the box and some went on our carpets as we got the box in. I emailed Bitiba and got a reply in literally two minutes, they sent me two bags of Tigerino nuggies to replace the one bag that split open, I presume they sent the two bags as these were bought as a special price for the two bags.I can not fault their customer service and I can tell they truly value their customers.

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery. I have never had a problem with Bitiba and find them extremely quick compared to other petfood shops online. Their prices are excellent too.
