Brilliant family run company, always very helpful and my stuff gets delivered on time every time in perfect condition, can't go wrong!

I have bought yet another guitar from Andertons due to their excellent service! I have used this company for few years now as they have been absolutely brilliant! My last purchase was a Fender Stratocaster and it arrived the next day! Unlike some other companies, brand new and not used as a shop demonstrator! They have always been good to me, even when I bought a guitar and wanted to return it! I highly recommend Andertons! Thank you and you will get my continued business!

Was sent a supposedly new DI box that was in poor condition and had obviously been old floor stock.Andertons could not replace it in a timely manner and insisted on me waiting in for an entire day for a courier to collect it, rather than allow me to shop it back via the post office (unless I paid to do so myself, thus ensuring a degree of liability should it not turn up.)Not for the first time I've been forced to accept something I do not want to accept or lose an entire day of my life waiting for a courier to turn up (when they sometimes don't even do that).Highly irritating.Edit- after rising and speaking to a manager they have sent me a 'print and send' returns voucher'. Annoying this wasn't offered at the beginning but resolved now.

Extremely helpful staff that go the extra mile, great deals and excellent after sales service. I have bought a few bass guitars and a couple of bass amps here over the last couple of years. Lee Voss and Dave (amazing dreadlocks) are knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy. Dave helped me compare several heads before making a decision. Andertons keep a wide range of gear in stock, unlike many other large retailers! Recently bought a new boxed Markbass Little Marcus 800 which had a fault. Meg in mail order dept arranged courier to Ireland to collect and replace with new amp within two days. Can't fault Andertons will use again and definitely recommend to all. BTW I am not affiliated in anyway!.

You've seen the videos and these guys live up to the captain's reputation. I ordered an Arturia drum machine, too late for next day delivery, and received it thirty-six hours later. Communications were good with a text giving me my delivery drivers name and time of arrival.Happy customer!

Two new orders, Top class service again on both occasions. Excellent website that's easy to navigate. Always very clear if an item is not in stock and when next delivery is likely to be due. 10/10

I purchased a Jackson Dinky a month ago which I've been less than impressed with. It came out of the box in a filthy condition, with a few rough marks here and there. No big deal really, it was £270...I wasn't expecting perfection, and it with a bit of a clean up it was acceptable just about for the price. Also hardly Andertons fault (although clearly this guitar was never checked before they sent it to me). Anyway last night the nut popped out and guitar is now useless. I rung up to get a refund or exchange and have basically just been offered a repair (either by themselves or possibly back to Jackson), something to do with Jackson's processes apparently, and as such I am not entitled to an exchange or refund. So what I have got for my £270 is a week (minimum) without the guitar, and when it does come back it will be a repaired cruddy Jackson, instead of just a standard cruddy Jackson. In any other business, for nearly any other product you would just get a refund or a replacement without hassle. Why is dealing with Andertons such a ballache? Sure they will glue the nut back in (I could do that myself) but I don't really want a guitar where the nut can pang out at a moments notice. It literally broke the glue bond None of the many other guitars I have ever owned have done this. I'm not going to have faith in it now repaired or not.Anyway in conclusion - I wouldn't buy a Jackson, and I wouldn't rely on Andertons to sort things out satisfactorily if I suffered another problem. They can keep their funky youtube channel, I won't be buying from them again.UPDATE - Andertons have spoken with me and sorted this out to my satisfaction., thanks guys. I'll stand by my original comments but credit where credit is due they have done right by me. I've upgraded the stars accordingly.

Thank you to the director at Andertons who took my previously reviewed problems with a Gretsch guitar delivery totally on board and resolved them for me as they said they would. Fantastic service, restoring my faith in the company.
