This was the first time using ilovemeetandgreet , we should have done it sooner. Car pick up right on time , car delivery right on time no waiting. The staff where helpful and polite could not be faulted.I would definitely use them again.

Have used before. This time our flight was delayed due to a sandstorm in Tenerife. The team allowed us to retrieve our car, go home and come back the following day at no extra charge. Fantastic service and faultless.

I have used other meet and greet companies at Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton, and based on one usage I Love Meet and Greet is absolutely the only one I would recommend. Even though I was an hour earlier than expected for my departing flight from Gatwick North, and my return flight was delayed, their drivers turned up within ten minutes of my call both times. They were prompt, efficient and polite, and the drop off/pick up point instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great service all round.

A long wait! NOT meet and greet. 20 minute wait for car to be collected on arrival. Over half an hour wait on return with a baby! Not even told my car was going to be late. Waiting in the cold at 12am is not acceptable!! Poor service - NOT meet and greet. would have been quicker to park and collect myself.

I booked parking without looking at the reviews on here which probably would have put me off. We rang ahead of arrival, the phone was answered instantly and we were asked which terminal. I explained that we were flying out of north but staying overnight at a south terminal hotel - they immediately said they would collect it from outside the hotel, we waited around 2 minutes for the rep to arrive. On returning to Gatwick North, we rang and by the time we had come out of the airport the car was there waiting for us with a very helpful rep who asked us where we were going and warned us that the M23 might be closed as it had been the previous evening. From our perspective the service was faultless.

Excellent service from I Love Meet and Greet at Gatwick. Consistently reliable and no waiting unlike other companies we have used. This week my car got a flat tyre shortly after drop off. No spare so a new tyre was sourced & fitted and they didn't charge me a penny. Manager met me at pick up to explain. Thank you.

I love meetandgreet Gatwick Parking was excellent - I read some bad reviews and was dubious about using this company, but I cannot fault the service. They were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport, returned with our vehicle within 5 minutes of phoning them with no unexpected extra mileage and no vehicle damage. The guys that met us were very friendly and super efficient - will definitely use them again.

Drop off was a little confusing - my booking was with APH Gatwick and I am expected to leave my car with I love meet and greet. Regardless, the handover went reasonably smoothly - collection the same with a five minute wait so all good. My beef is with the driver(s). I am lucky enough to drive a car with climate control and it was a cold morning when I arrived - yet everything had been switched to 'max'. Not necessary. The seat heaters - max. The radio switched to heavens knows who.... If I was performing a service in your home, would I alter the central heating? No. Would I turn your TV to another station? No. Just do what I contracted you to do - drive my car, park it and return it - thank you.
