Easy to follow process

It was a fairly easy process just had a bit of trouble into ally trying to use the voucher. But worked and we have a new holiday to look forward to.

The transfer process was straight…

The transfer process was straight forward and easy and I managed to re-book the same holiday for next year it gives us something to look forward too at a difficult time for all just now.

COVID 19 holiday transfer

It was great to transfer, unstandstanding current situation with COVID 19, gutted however as couldn't get a like for like Lodge for what I paid for originally, eg paid for one with hot tub originally and now have to settle without one, gutted but understand :(Overall experience however was great from hoseasons :)

slightly confusing

Was slightly confusing, I’ve also read that prices were going to be honoured but we are being asked for extra and obviously you can’t get hold of anyone on the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes

It was quite straight forward to request a voucher and use a voucher to rebook a holiday next year. It was disappointing that an early bird discount that was applied to the booking this year was not carried forward to the booking next year.

Holiday transfer

Was happy to transfer my holiday as we really liked this destination, did get an email to say you would transfer to similar date for 2021 for same price, tried for 2/3weeks to try to get through to number that was given, message on phone said number not connected!! just felt that Hoseasons just wanted us to pay more for next years holiday.

The 5 stars is for the lovely young man…

The 5 stars is for the lovely young man i spoke to on Saturday who sorted out my refund in less than 3 minutes he sounded at the end of his tether poor man. As for the firm Hoseasons you should be ashamed of yourselves for putting your staff under such pressure to try and use illegal practices to withhold refunds. To other frustrated customers please dont shoot the messanger its the totally useless management at fault not the poor people on the phones.

rebooked holiday

The young lady was very helpful and rebooked my holiday for next year with no problem. A note was put on the booking as the ferry could not be confirmed for next year and they will contact me when this becomes available.
