Chatham and Sittingbourne review Reason I’m giving half stars.... I went to Chatham today and they have sanitiser spreader round store but didn’t use it as in spray bottles. We thought it was for trolleys. Wasn’t til I used It on way out and apologised to woman cos couldn’t find it she then told me I could use it...As for where to stand everyone has no clue all left to own devices. No one at door. Poor service I went straight to Sittingbourne after which I go there all the time. And everytime they do the same procedure they are at door they make sure you sanitise hands they give you a sanitised trolley, they then tell you what way to go and have a go if you stand in wrong box or go wrong way. (I made that mistake by not looking at floor) they are their at tills tell you to stand in boxes. They keep hands sanitised....I don’t leave reviews but must say excellent customer service in Sittingbourne and doing great in COVID 19 Plus they were always good before this covid 19 make me and my dogS milo and Meka welcome. finally received my order! so initially i did leave a 1 star review but since then homebase have stopped taking orders online and they seem to be catching up i have been waiting about 6 weeks though! communication/customer service has been a big issue but i received my garden furniture today and im happy with it!

My 4th review...at last .i was able to get through to a store and the lady searched for my order that i was waiting on from 28th march with no contact...was able to go and pick up my items from store..staff wer lovely .id suggest contacting a local store as you wld b quicker goin and getting your items

On visiting this store was very impressed with the very helpful staff and their lovely manager Luke Harding who seemed to have a very organised store and happy staff , felt very safe walking around in these uncertain times we are all in , definitely go back .

The staff at the Bishops Stortford branch (particularly Ashley) were amazing! Very very helpful and polite undertaking over and above.

Trollies cleaned and fantastic processes at tills as well as fantastic staff working at a hard time serving people with essentials and I suspect non-essentials.... I had a specific request which I wasn’t sure that they could help, but Maria went above and beyond what I could ever expect . Please contact your local store for help. Sam in Haringey got my items refunded within 3 days. I had being trying for weeks to no avail

I had a problem with my internet order for 2 sun loungers , and hadn't heard anything for a while apart from the standard emails. Having read these comments I was about to make contact with them yesterday when I unexpectedly got a call from the General Manager at the local store in Maidenhead. He explained that the item I wanted was not available due to extreme demand but he offered me a more £10 more expensive replacement black reclining lounger at no extra cost. This replacement is actually very comfy and was better than the one I ordered. He even got the man who drives the van at the store to deliver it to me. So I am happy and cant complain about them with my purchase anyway

Stop crying and call your local Store if need help with order more chance of making contact , they where very helpfully in store and it gave me peace of mind.Some suppliers have closed and still are of homebase , etc try to show understanding

Got my refund in store no problem, all staff were very happy to help. Rather than keep emailing go to your local store and they’ll sort it for you, I hope this helps everyone

The service i got regarding my order from my local store(otford Sevenoaks)to resolve my online order issues was great, I RECOMMEND contacting your local stores to speed it along if needed.Staff where happy to help and understanding they sorted most of my goods for me but had to request a refund for item.thanks guys.
