Holiday Extras Voucher Codes & Vouchers September 2023

My airport car parking was cancelled, I was offered a voucher which I accepted , I booked another date for airport parking which was handled very quickly , I still have part of the voucher left , thank you so much to Jo who dealt with the booking , I will most definitely recommend “Holiday extras”to anyone .

I was replied to immediately regarding my cancellation booking, due to COVID-19.A refreshing change.I would have liked a refund, however the voucher will be available for any product when I can use it.

I have received a voucher for my cancelled trip, which is valid for the next 3 years. Well done Holiday extras: this is good service in difficult times. It would be a shame if everyone demanded refunds and the company had to close.

During the uncertain times of Coronavirus, I cancelled my hotel reservation through Holiday Extras incorrectly. I wrote an e-mail to Holiday Extras and within 3 weeks I received a Voucher (that I requested) for the full amount.I cannot express how satisfied I was with the promptness, politeness and outcome of my experience with Holiday Extras.I would highly recommend any and everybody to use them, a great company.

Having had an earlier departure cancelled I wanted to transfer this booking onto a departure later in the year, one email it took and it was al sorted, really good response

I only have the highest praise for the young lady (Jackie) who completed my parking change for my September holiday. It was not the easiest, being complicated by an out-of-date card, and some keyboard shortcomings, but she was so patient and nursed me through the minefield without making me feel in any way to blame. Full marks to Jackie!!

I received email notification of my cancellation on 19/03/20 which had a 100% refund/voucher which was without their usual admin charge for cancelling and I can use the voucher within the next 18 months.They seem to have acted in an honourable manner, unlike a lot of the recent reviews on here!
