Please ask for Mike and he will guide you to your utmost satisfaction. He wants you to get it right the first time. It seems he hates it when customers get the wrong product and end up on a vicious cycle of returning and complaining.I have bought an oled TV for £700.00 which I have felt was too much for a refurbished TV. I paid for one that I likely would have returned and after listening to my description of the item, he spent around 15min talking to his manager to get me the right TV. What a gentle man...money well spent and 100% satisfaction. I have spoken to others previously they seemed a bit guarded and didn't inspire confidence as Mike did. Their caution seem to get the better of them...may be they are fed up with complaints.

Nice TV good value for money helpful people

So I read a few reviews about this place, mostly because when you think something is too good to be true, it usually is. So wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be wasting my time and particularly my money. So I went along with an open mind and clear instructions in my head to walk out if I didn't like what I saw. So first off, don't be put off by the location or the stores appearance (maybe that helps support the great prices). Got to say that Gary is a great guy and knows his way around his televisions, he knows what you need to fit your requirements. He really is a helpful guy and gave me all the info I needed to make the right decision, he wasn't pushy, he wasn't arrogant, he was just simply helpful. I came in with one particular deal in mind, he gave me all the I fo I needed and I left with something else at a bloody good price. He plugged each TV in and allowed to really see what I wanted and probably needed. Then he just left me alone to decide. I am so glad he was there to help. I will be going back for more Tv's for the rest of the house and I will look forward to the excellent customer service from Gary. Prior to this place I went to Currys PC world and the customer service was awful, I had to convince someone to come and talk to me, then they were just pushing me to buy the most expensive and seemed not to care what I needed. That didn't happen with Gary, that alone is worth the visit. Thanks Gary, thanks electronic world team.
