Great company. Great product

I wanted a 'solid state" music player. I searched and found a company called Destiny Entertainment (TA) electromarket. I rang them (a chap called Jamie) and ended up ordering a PDC75 Media Player. Well I'm gobsmacked. What a fabulous player. Does everything and more than I wanted. Great value for money. As for Jamie, well I couldn't ask for more help. Delivery next day. Wow! Perfect customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

What can i say?

What can i say. What fabulous customer service. Bought a Karaoke system which i assumed was faulty. Although it may have been down to poor instruction manual. However, Jamie looked after me so well, sending out a replacement and also a return note for the same day as the replacement delivery. Customer service is all about handling it when it goes wrong, not when it goes right. These guys get 10/10 and will definitely use again when the need arises. Thanks again Jamie. Alan Y.

Absolutely superb customer service

Absolutely superb customer service - my AP1200PA arrived but unfortunately had some minor damage to the rear battery housing cover. Spoke to both Jamie and Josh on the phone and they could not have been more sympathetic, helpful and professional. Jamie immediately ordered me a replacement for delivery the following day. Our call then dropped out for some reason so I phoned again and spoke to Josh, who confirmed the order had gone through. Minutes later I received email confirmation. Both Jamie and Josh are a credit to your company and you should be very proud.Will definitely recommend to anyone and will use again. Well done all.

If knowledge is power these guys…

If knowledge is power these guys certainly are the answer to any & all questions you may have, went down to their store near dartford crossing for some staging bits and some light bars & received impeccable service from both Jamie & Brett. I am indeed one to moan when things don't go smoothly in shops but electromarket are professional yet friendly, warehouse team had my entire order ready in under 5 minutes & managed to haggle a little discount too! Top job ladies & gents ill be back in the new year!
