I have bought several Haverland RCW electric radiators and a Haverland bathroom towel radiator from Electric Radiators direct. I have found their customer services very good with very fast delivery. The radiators are very efficient and easy to program and I have never had a single problem with them. I recently purchased another Haverland radiator, this time the RCW+ that is so easy to program via Bluetooth with an android app. This radiator heats up very quickly and even detects if a window or door is open and goes into economy mode. Highly recommended. The radiators are very easy to install with simple brackets and a template for drilling holes. I would have no hesitation in recommending Electric Radiators Direct. We bought 5 radiators, the ecostrad ecowarme, they are very energy efficient and look like traditional gas radiators, they are modern and look nice, very pleased with our purchase and will use in the future A++++Mr waters

These radiators are super warm and heat up the space well. Not sure how thermostat works as usually we turn it down manually. Stylish and easy to install. Booklet quite hard to understand, so give yourself time to read and digest it!
