Excellent service. I made the mistake of booking online and choosing the wrong options. When I phoned the next morning to find out what I should have paid, after 5 minutes I got a refund and still have my trip. It was a nice lady on the phone. It is better not to make a mistake like I did. Though do be careful when you booking online. If you are planning to come on foot and without a car it is much cheaper. Do it in person or over the phone. The online service does not take into account you have no car. Still one of the cheapest people for camping the New Forest. I have also used them for Gloucestershire in the past.
