Nearly perfect ... but ...I need to emphasise that the product is beautiful The bricks are great and look awesome - it’s totally transformed my home and I can’t stop staring at the wall (sad but true!!)But! I wish the brick slips website had made it clear about the need for 10mm brick spacers! Which are not easy to get! I know, I should have done my homework! But it would have been sooo handy if the site had clearly said “you will also need these” when I went to buy them! It meant my was running around (during a lockdown) trying to find a shop that had them whilst the workmen I’d booked were sitting around waiting for the spacers before they got on with it However - I gotta emphasise that the delivery of the product was prompt and the service was efficient ... maybe this is my mistake here, but I’m the customer apparently and I don’t do anything incorrectly! So there! Lol

Excellent quality product, delivered on time. I didn’t use their grout gun so I can’t comment but I did buy the mortar and it is vastly superior to any standard mortar you might buy from a diy store. Now my project is done I’ll be using the mortar on my stone terrace!

The Brickslips web site was easy to use, our order was delivered on time and the quality of the bricks are great. No complaints. If you have ordered samples first, remember to use the code they give you when you place order your, we forgot and it can not be refunded later. Other than that, great service Thanks Brickslips

Good: the BrickSlips and Delivery.Bad: didn’t get the cost of my samples deducted from the price, the website says they will automatically deduct the sample price from an order but this never happened.Really bad: the grouting gun is next to useless, I followed the instructions exactly and water comes out the back of the gun when pressured and then you can’t get the mortar out the largest nozzle size as there is too little water content left. Gun lasted 10 minutes and I have now wasted a whole bag of grout as I have no means to apply it, which will no doubt mean I am short of grout and I will have to pay ridiculous shipping for 1 more bag! Really frustrating!

Produce quality very good, customer service great,, delivery on time, adhesive good, mortar/grouting good, final finish impressive. But, after mixing the grouting to instructions found the Faithful application gun kept blocking up even with the largest nozzle. Otherwise happy with me order.
