Next day delivery on Christmas Eve was a welcome surprise! And also being asked if I wanted an overflow pipe was much appreciated

Very angry as was promised next day delivery if ordered before 3pm this was on a battery that was needed on a vehicle to do an early airport run. I had to chase up what was going on and having waited ten minutes to be answered in the first place you can imagine my disappointment when they said it hadnt gone out on the delivery. I got a half hearten apology and my express costs back. I think a bit of discount would have gone a long way wouldnt use again.I revised this review from a one star to a three star the next day as despite not receiving the battery in the morning as promised again it did arrive in the afternoon and the company had the good grace to refund me a discount. The company is not at fault here but the delivery company.

I was searching few a new leisure battery. First I had an on line chat which was very helpful. I needed to fully understand all the options and these were well explained. As I am fairly local I picked the battery up from Rochdale. Again a few more questions and the actual battery was decided upon. Very very helpful all the way through.

Brilliant service! We ordered the wrong size solar panel. Customer service excellent. Quick phone call and correct size was ordered and delivered two days later with return collected at the same time. Price difference refunded straight away. Highly recommend.

I rang alpha batteries for advice regarding a leisure battery for a caravan with motor mover. The required battery was identified together with the reasons why. I placed the order and it arrived the next morning. 2 days later I received a follow up call to confirm the battery had arrived and that I was satisfied. Great product and even better service.
